superb stay!
excellent service themed decor teddy bear
the hotel provided excellent service from start to finish. the room had bond themed decor, including photos. a teddy bear was on the bed each night during turndown service.
the room was quite small.

the hotel's location is perfect and very central. it is close to shopping areas and tourist attractions. the main train station is also within easy reach of the hotel.

the room was quiet and well-appointed with lush towels. the bed had nice linens and was very comfortable. i found the bathroom spacious and clean. there was attention to detail throughout the room.

i found the breakfast delivery service to be amazing. luggage storage was very convenient. the spa offered a swimming pool with great facilities. i found the palm court particularly divine.

convenient location great variety fresh food inconsistent staff elevator service staff attentiveness
the location proved very convenient. it was close to many attractions. breakfast offered a great variety. the food was fresh.
i encountered some inconsistencies . one of the elevators was out of service for multiple days. the staff's attentiveness varied. some members welcomed me, but others did not.

decent stay AT this PLACE
amazing staff modern style amazing cocktails soap dispenser tissue supply ground floor
the room was clean AND the style felt modern yet vintage. staff members were amazing. the prince bar offered amazing cocktails.
one liquid soap dispenser was only in the bathtub AREA. there were no tissues replenished after the first day. ground floor needs an upgrade I THINK.

the room overlooked the castle and was generously sized. the concierge provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. the team of doormen offered a warm welcome and efficiently arranged taxis.
the minibar restocking occurred early in the morning.

tourist spots large room fantastic combination
The location allowed easy access to tourist spots. i found the room quite large and luxurious. the bathtub shower combination was fantastic. I enjoyed it after long days.

small room standard tea bags
The room felt smaller than anticipated, especially the bathroom sink area. The toilet side seemed disproportionately large. Amenities also disappointed. The tea bags seemed rather standard. I EXPECTED more from a hotel with this reputation.
